Remembrance Day at Bishopsworth Royal British Legion Club

Deputy Lieutenant Revd Richard Pendlebury lays the first wreath on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen during the Remembrance Day Ceremony organised by the Bishopsworth Royal British Legion club.

This year approximately 200 people attended the ceremony and many came out of their homes to watch the parade as it moved through the local community.   Included was a group of older people from the Bishopsmead Lodge Care Home.  It was an excellent commemoration and gets better each year!
